Refund policy

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the sanitary nature of our products including hats, LLBB has a no return policy. All sales are final. We are only able to replace an item if it has been damaged during shipping or if the incorrect item was sent. If damage occurs or incorrect item has been received, please email a photo of the item within 5 days of delivery. LLBB will gladly replace the item free of charge and delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (if applicable) 

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven't received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, please contact your credit card company or bank as there is often a processing period before refund is posted.
